Turnera Diffusa 10X Extract

1 or 2 teaspoons of Damiana herbs (1 to 4 grams) for a cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs and leave it to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Feel free to drink it with lemon, ginger or honey. Don’t exceed your consumption to more than 3 times a day unless otherwise advised by a licensed medical herbalist.

Never exceed your daily Turnera Diffusa intake above 12 grams of dried Damiana leaves per any given day. Always consult your doctor and/or licensed medical herbalist before using Damiana as a dietary supplement.

Do not use this herb mix in combination with alcohol, drugs, MAO-Inhibitors, or any other state-altering substances. Do not use this herb mix if you are taking any other medication.
