We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product. You can take a close look at the product just like you would do in a shop and test if it lives up to your expectations. Return costs are at your own expenses.
If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. You can read below how to handle. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.
You shall be solely liable for any diminished value of the product(s) that results from the handling or use of the goods further than required to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Some products (e.g. bongs, pipes, vaporizers and similar products) are excluded from the right of withdrawal when unsealed and/or used after delivery. Once the seal has been broken, said products are no longer suitable for return for health and hygiene protection reasons. Similarly, perishable goods (such as magic truffles, spores and grow kits) can not be returned. However, if you are dissatisfied with a perishable product, please contact our customer service team. We’re always happy to work with you to find a solution.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
