Mitragyna Javanica is a small tree that can be found in Southeast Asia. It is way less popular than its big sister Mitragyna Speciosa (Kratom) but comes from the same coffee tree family. It contains the same active alkaloid mitraphylline that will allow you to enjoy yourself after a stressful day at work.
1 or 2 teaspoons of Mitragyna Javanica herbs (1 to 4 grams) for a cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs and leave it to soak for up to 30 minutes. Drink slowly. For more powerful, similar to kratom effects – consider a dose of 10 grams or more (start with not more than 7 grams). Feel free to drink it with lemon, ginger, or honey. Always consult your doctor and/or licensed medical herbalist before using Mitragyna Javanica as a dietary supplement.
