- Place the Shamanita tea bag into the teapot or pot.
- Grind or chop the Magic Truffles into small pieces, then fill the supplied empty tea bag with them and place it in the teapot or pot.
- Carefully pour the hot water over the tea bags in the teapot or pot.
- Allow the Shamanita tea to steep for approximately 7 minutes. The exact steeping time can vary according to personal preference. Then remove the Shamanita tea bag from the teapot or pot.
- Let the tea bag with Magic Truffles steep for 10 to 15 minutes.
- After steeping, remove the tea bag with Magic Truffles. You may choose to eat the truffles for an extra boost.
- Serve the Shamanita tea warm in cups or glasses.
What is the best Magic truffle tea dosage?
After brewing the magic truffle tea, it’s important to drink the tea in a measured way. Start with 1 or 2 cups of tea within 15 minutes. Optionally, eat half of the magic truffles and then wait for about 30 minutes. To enhance the effect, repeat the process.
