Some users of Catmint (Catnip) report that this plant could potentially be used as a remedy against fever, acute bronchitis, help with poor digestion, bloating, and stomach pain.
Nepeta Cataria
1 or 2 teaspoons of Catmint herbs (1 to 4 grams) for a cup of tea. Pour boiling water over the herbs and leave it to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. Feel free to drink it with lemon, ginger or honey. Don’t exceed your consumption to more than 2-3 times a day unless otherwise advised by a licensed medical herbalist.
